At 13 you are still going to school, and learning about the world. It sounds like you are depressed about something else, and the Olympics are just bringing the hidden feelings out. I would examine why you are depressed. Once you figure that out, and get it dealt with, you should be able to relax and enjoy the games.

Whenever the Olympics come on, I always feel so incomplete and unaccomplished. I feel like I haven't done anything useful with my life, even though I am only 13. Can anyone help me feel more encouraged and get rid of this feeling so I can enjoy the wonderful athletes of our country with my family? Thanks
