How can I lose weight?

I weigh 115 lbs and I'm 5'1-5'2 ish. My measurements are 32-24-31. I compete in a sport where body-weight to strength ratio is everything so I've been trying to lose some weight because my ideal body weight for my height is 95-100 lbs.

I already have a pretty low body fat percentage (13%) so does anyone have any ideas on how to lose muscle mass/fat? I've been eating super restrictively but I think I'm going to switch to a vegan, raw food diet so I can feel more energized. I've been trying to run for long periods of time without stopping (like for 1.5-2 hours ish). Can someone give me any more advice? (I'm not losing weight because of appearances reasons, its just to advance and perform better!)

Since you're trying to lose weight for gymnastics and rock climbing, I'd recommend you to keep those muscle mass and try to burn off those fats instead. If you're trying to lose weight, do some interval trainings, weightlifting or jog around the neighborhood. If you're not losing weight, maybe your calorie intake per day is higher than your daily metabolism rate. Like I said, do some exercises and you'll see results in two to three week. Best of luck!

Drink LOTS of water. It flushes out your system helping you lose some pounds. You can also try fasting, but you should only do it for. 1-7 days. If you fast for too long your body will realize you aren't gonna eat anytime soon so you'll stop losing weight. And remember fasting doesn't mean starving yourself you should take in at least 400-500 calories a day. Hope this helped. ;)
