Maybe you can get a bid in for the 2020 games; if not then maybe in 2024.
Unfortunately Pakistan is not secure enough to host the Olympics in the foreseeable future. The attack on the Sri Lankan cricket team a couple of years ago has basically ruined any chance Pakistan has of hosting a major sports event any time soon.

First of all, you have no idea what's a superpower. A superpower has dominant, worldwide influence.
- USA is the only superpower of the world right now.
- USSR was the other superpower during most of the 20th century. Some people point at Putin's Russia as the next emerging superpower.
- British Empire was the dominant superpower before World War I
- China has been a superpower in the past and most likely will become one again in the 21st century.
- Other entities with some possibility of achieving superpower status: Brazil, India, the European Union. PERIOD.
Most people outside Asia can't even put Pakistan on the map. Most people wouldn't have heard about Pakistan if it wasn't because of Al Qaeda.
What else comes to mind to a total stranger to international politics, when one mentions Pakistan? Karachi? Islamabad? Pervez Musharraf? Benazir Butto (God bless her soul)? Indus Valley Civilization? Western Punjab? Uh... PERIOD.
Other than that, Pakistan is nothing but a little overcrowded country between Iran and India.
Pakistan is not a safe country. Pakistan is definitely not safe for journalists, Christians, Hindu... Even the National Cricket Team of Bangladesh refused to travel to your country.
Pakistan's economy is in the verge of a complete breakdown. The rate of increase in poverty and unemployment is very high in Pakistan.
Most of Pakistan's GDP is in the hands of feudal warlords, landowners and the military. Most people live under US$2 a day.
Pakistan still doesn't have it as bad as India or Bangladesh, but your country has far more urgent issues to deal with than hosting such a massive and COSTLY sports event. Terrorism, poverty, child mortality, name it.
Of course, you don't know any of that, because you belong to the wealthy elite, because you have electricity and Internet access and can afford to eat plenty. Maybe Pakistan as a whole seems to be a rich country (47th largest GDP in the world) because of the elite. You either live in Karachi or Islamabad.
But you seriously have no idea about the very real problems of your country. YOU LIVE IN A FREAKING BUBBLE.
