Track or tennis?

Posted at: 2015-05-07
I'm a sophomore in high school and spring sports are coming up. I did basketball during the winter, but now since that's over I have a hard time picking which sport to do. I did track last year, running sprints, and had a chance at states. But I quit half way during the season because it was very energy consuming and I was too tired after practice to do hw. I've had some experience at tennis, but I'm not that good lol. Whaddya think I should do?

Track

to be honest both sports are VERY time consuming, trust me track has practice everyday plus meets that lasts hours, although tennis is a bit more free but is very painful, trust me when you get home from tennis and wake up the next day , you won't be able to move. Both options are quite exhausting and equally physically good but since you did track last year i would explore your options and join Tennis (-:

I was in HS Track but all I won was insult from the tennis courts.

You should do track (I personally wouldn't). I think you should because speed can be used in many different sports including basketball, plus running is good for your overall health.

Anna, you quit track because you got tired. You've never played completive tennis may I recommend you try out for the debate team........................
