Which of these sports is the easiest?

I hate sports, passionately. My true talents are best expressed through more cerebrally challenging activities, but I've realized that participating in an extracurricular activity will make me a more appealing candidate for admission to a prestigious school. The following are my options:

Cross country

Soccer

Volleyball

Field hockey

Cheerleading

Swimming

Basketball

Bowling

Indoor track

Gymnastics

Skiing

Tennis

Track & field

Crew

Softball

Lacrosse

I'm opposed to cheerleading and gymnastics because I'm not flexible or coordinated enough to ensure I wouldn't kill myself. I'm also avoiding crew because people I dislike are going to do it. I am very out of shape and can't run voluntarily for more than ten minutes, but will for longer if forced to. So, which sport should I try? Thank you!

There is no such thing as an "easy sport" a sport progressively gets harder as players get better. There are basically two things that go into a sport skill and effort. I you are not coordinated at all I suggests you pursue a sport that requires more effort than skill. Cross country or swimming will probably be your best bet but I recommend cross country because you can regulate the effort you put in a little more than swimming. Good luck.

I think you should try out for volleyball. This sport requires very little physical effort, however, when you first begin, your legs may be a little sore, but that's normal. If you sign up to be the setter, there's pretty much a guaranteed chance you'll make the team.(a tip straight from my coach lol) If you don't like volleyball, you could always try a different sport, but if you can make it through the season, two sports will look even better, to the school. I hope you do well with whatever sport you choose. Good Luck:)

Bowling

if you develop skill and build up stamina and pace then soccer is the most easy, entertaining and interesting than other sports

I would say Swimming
