Get flexible, get some real good tumbling expirence, & have a nice smile, show some school spirit, thats what cheer coaches want.emberess yourself a bit, it shows your not afraid to be who you are not emberess to be a cheerleader. Btw your gonna need leg and arm stengrh to be a good cheerleader.
You would need tumbling ( probably just round off back handspring) and to stunt . otherwise your good. At worlds last year there was people who were 39.
Well most people have graduated college by 29. But if you're still in college then you are allowed to try out. However if you have never done cheer before, then yes it is too late. You need to have experience to become a college cheerleader.
