Not all countries surf . It's like saying , who thinks baseball should be part of the Olympics ? I doubt the middle east plays baseball . Plus according to someone , they took off Baseball from the Olympics . So there is your example .
I think it would be better for the X games since its an extreme sport, hence the "X" in x games.
Problem is, how are they going to get a huge pool into a stadium AND add waves while it still be temporary.
