Your just like me ahha fight with distance for kicks if he closes in for boxing take him tobthe ground stay dominantvand end it there

Well if you are in the nj ny area drop by Modern Martial Arts in Englishtown john or Sandra will help u even if your not a student. That school is the best on the east coast! First of all u shouldn't be fighting some one with more experience but it happens. If I where you I would strike and cut corners make him gas a bit then fake a right and go for the takedown. Keep your chin down please... Rookie mistake. If he gets you in a guillotine you need to take the top hand off your head if he didn't put one there he doesn't have it. Don't panic and relax. Use your head movement and listen to your corner. You can grab his leg when he kicks and drive him down or trip him down. Also if he's got heavy hands I would pari and slide off it to a solid . You'll mess up his rhythm . I would stay out of clinch if he's a striker. Hit and move cut corners use head movement, chin down always look through the brown and look for a take down.

Youre gonna get so nervous that youll piss all day leading up to it. Stock up on carbs the night before anddrink its of fluids up until 2 hours before the fight to stay hydrated from the pissing youll do. Itll be a blur, youll have tunnel vision and itll be unlike any drug you can ever take. Just breathe, let your training take over and listen to your coach. Doesnt hurt to amp up the aggression before hand and get used to the idea of really hurting someone.

Also keep your hands up and remmber to breathe. Hit hard, hit fast, hit often.

You have a good ground game so take him to the ground!
