Don't go to the ER. No pain, no dizziness, and the red apparently has faded from your urine. Now, if you do feel pain, if you are dizzy, or there continues to be a definite red tinge to your urine, get to a doctor quickly.
FYI: Drinking a red beverage like Gatorade won't affect the color of your urine. Your kidneys filter that out. What you saw very likely was blood. So you should see a doctor, but a visit to the ER wouldn't seem to be necessary.
Hope that helps.
If it's just orange it's most likely just a combination of the heat and high salt and sugar levels in the gatorade, drink more water, gatorade is all good and well when you're working hard in short bursts with time between to grab a drink but honestly if you're drinking a lot of gatorade you should be drinking twice that amount of water to flush it through your system. Drinking gatorade alone on a hot day is equivalent to drinking salt water.
If it was a heavy red go see the doctor.
Yes. You should be worried. Gatorade should come out as White(Clear)/Yellow since kidney already processed it. In this case, your internal organs are bleeding. If you feel like changing one go to an Asian Black Market where they have all sizes for everyone.
Go see a doctor.
Ask doctor, not us
We are not qualified to giv medical advice or at least I'm not.
GO TO THE DOCTOR!
you're fine. it's probably the red gatorade leaving your system.
this probably has nothing to do with your training.
Is this possible and is this something I should worry about? I wasnt in a class.. my friend was showing me some moves and there were no blows to my body, just my torso got squooshed/squeezed for a few seconds at a time. There's no pain and no dizziness. I'm trying to rule this out because otherwise I'm thinking its a bladder infection and i dont want to go to the ER for something i can go to the dr for. Thanks
