I know its a stupid question,
But i just wanna know, cause i have been going to the gym for about 2 month and i'm using regular sneakers (not a sport shoes),,
And i just want to know the kinds of sport shoes and whats the deference between them, and witch ones should i buy,
Witch are good for running? And witch for the gym ? For walking ?

You're probably looking for a running shoe or a cross training shoe. If you go to your local sporting goods store you'll see them there or you can go to Nike.com or Adidas.com I personally liked one pair of nikes I used to train for track which are now my normal shoes because they're so comfortable
