If you lose your temper, you lose control and that will cost you the fight. What you are talking about is controlled aggression which is cold, focused and necessary for success in a ring.
No, for you will lose total control of your opponent because that's just what he wants to do in order to pocket you. You lose focus of your target as your strikes miss it and your opponent will be capable of downing you in no time and with ease. That's how Mohamed Ali won most of his fights as he taunted his opponents. Rather than resort to rage, use calmness in order to study your opponent and watch whatever thing he does. Employ strategy, not anger.
It's totally okay if you're fighting against a guy that has no experience at all and is weaker than you at everything(they'd just be scared and piss themselves). However, it is not recommended, or never to do it when you're attempting to fight a guy that's bigger than you and better than you in anyway physically, and skills. They'd just whoop your tiny *** and you'd end up in the hospital.
Why not take that effort and put it towards avoiding fights all together?
Anger isn't healthy. If you rely too much on hormones like adrenalin you'll where out your adrenal glands, and your pituitary. It's not good for you.
It would not be helpful as you would lose control. And control is very important when fighting.
In a fight, it's important to be calm and alert.
Calmness and a good strategy will trump anger any time.
yes on paper
but in praticality it doesnt
if u can seperate it from rage
it can be used for good
it will make you look like an idiot, especially if you lose.
I use anger as motivation and the way to avoid pain and get endurance. Be very angry in fight can be bad, but I think that small amount of it can be advantage.
