i 19 years old amateur boxer at 76 kg i can deadlift 170 kg ,squat 160 kg does i consider to strongest ? and can i be good mma fighter some day ?

That's a pretty decent bit of lower body strength, yeah.

But it tells us nothing about anything except your lower body strength, which is a single facet of what you need to be a good fighter. We can't form any judgements from incomplete information.

That said, anyone can become a skilled fighter with work. Keep working on your boxing, and maybe do some work on your upper body strength as well as your lower.

160 kg squat and 170 kg deadlift is pretty good for 76 kg. I think you can.

Your deadlift and squat is only important if you were going to compete in a powerlifting competition. Your fighting capabilities are much more important.

For combat sports you're much better off putting your energy into bodyweight exercises than lifting heavy weights.

With English like that you won't be able to fill out the application.

And the strength is a small part of MMA, not nearly enough. Guys half your strength will defeat you easily.
