If your area sponsors it, you could try diving. Not scuba diving or anything like that, just really cool tricks of 1 meter diving boards. If you really like the water and all though. It builds flexibility, and depending on how your coach is, they will help much more than hurt you. Diving is not a very well-known sport, but it is really fun. It gets you much more fit as well. Diving is probably not very popular because people are scared of slapping the water, but if you are coached right, this doesn't happen much. Hope this helps.
Volleyball, Soccer, Basketball.
Basketball and/or volleyball. They're both tough sports, but bball would probably get you fitter if that's what you want. But vball is more about precision and stuff. I play both an I would recomend either one to you:)
Trampolining or gymnastics, it's so fun and really impressive, guys love a gymnast too :)
