You cannot use that saying as a form of a trademark. It can be used like in coversation and such. However, that is almost a direct infringement on Nike. If your company is small though, I am not sure if they will catch you or not.

Victor is correct; a phrase cannot be copyrighted. It is, however protected as a ? service mark ?, which is also protected by law.

I know someone who's starting a little company and wants to design their own appareal. They have a shirt in mind that uses their company name and makes a question....however in order to complete the design they want JUST DO IT included.
