It's decent, but are you asking if you have a future in long jump, or do you just want to know if you'll win some meets? Also, age doesn't relate to grade as well as it used to, so are you in 7th grade or 8th? If you're in 8th and will be in high school next year, you're going to have to improve a lot to win anything there.
Another factor is how tall are you and how developed are you? There are some who have growth spurts and get nearly to their adult height at 13 years. They will obviously perform a lot better than those who haven't grown that much yet. I was around 5'1" in 8th grade and I set the HJ record at my school at 5'7.5". A couple years later, it was broken by a kid who was 6'. Tell me who the better athlete was? He never got any better and I ended up high jumping a foot higher in high school.
It's very good. People in my school can barely jump 5 metres. Somebody at 13 who can jump 16 metres probably has a lot of leg strength, and is a fast runner. Somebody who jumps that well has a great future for that event. If they worked at it they could possibly make a future out of it. So, yes it's fantastic
Yes, that is a good jump, and today should win most meets for your age.
