Flexibility question?

If I do two splits on each side everyday for 30 seconds (two left splits, two right splits, two middle splits) how long will it take to get my splits?

it depends on your natural flexibility, it could be like 2 weeks or it could be a year. if you can do it for longer than 30 seconds, do that. also don't just go as far as you can into the splits, look on youtube for some splits stretching videos so you can do some other types of stretches too

I coach gymnastics and was a gymnast so I can tell you I see allllll kinds of different natural flexibility. So yes it depends on that but keep working at it and there isn't really a time specifically. Its a good idea to warm up your body with a little jogging or jumping jacks it helps stretch and is easier on your muscles. Do it for a minute instead of 30 seconds if you can stand it.

A couple weeks maybe? I got my splits in one day by just stretching my legs and by just keeping trying for a few hours but I think Im naturally flexible in my legs (: It does depend on how far down you can already get and your natural flexability on how quickly you will get your splits. Just keep doing them as far down as you can go and for as long as you can and you will get them soon enough x (:

Depends on your natural felxibility, how close you are now, whether you warm up propeerly before stretching, whether you do preliminary stretches before splits and whether you have good form in your splits. It could be anything from weeks to months or even years.

You should see steady improvement when stretching regularly. If you don't you are doing it wrong.

Not that long, about 2-3 weeks, it all depends on natural flexibility.

Maybe about a week :)
