Well, they're both obviously great swimmers :P I like Phelps personality more. He seems more laid back and I read in an article that he doesn't calorie count or anything, he sees something he wants to eat and he eats it.. as long as he can work it off it's fine, and I'm the same way. edit- and we're also from the same state :P

Personality of physically? Lol. Physically Ryan is better looking, he comes across a little arrogant, but confident and has pride in himself nothing wrong with that. He knows he's good. Phelps on the other hand doesn't do much talking, let's his swimming do the talking which makes him a little bit more of a boss lol than Ryan. So I'll go with Phelps but I do like Lochte. Go USA!.

Personally I like Ryan Lochte better because of his quirkiness, individuality, and pride in being himself. (and not to mention his looks ;D) He seems like a really down to earth guy and I admire him.
