Your not going to be competitive so you need to find a club that has rec classes you can join.
From the sounds of it since you already have good flexibility it is your strength that is likely to need more work. Conditioning your body by doing bodyweight exercises will make it easier for you to learn new skills. If you want to do some practice at home too focus on handstand. It is really fundamental to lots of gymnastics skills and also helps improve strength and balance.
Yeah, obviously you can. I was able to do gymnastics since I was 5 years old. You just have to find a place that does it and you can go join. (:
Definetly! I'm 14 and regret not doing gymnastics .. There is no reason to not go after what you love
You can start for fun. But for competition level they typically start around 6.
