It depends on the kind of fighter I'm pitted against. If they seem to be more inclined to boxing, then I look at their shoulders. If they're more of a kicker, then I look near the hips. Generally, I look at their bellybutton area since that gives me a general overview, and it keeps my chin tucked. It's also a great view if they're shooting for a takedown.
Trust me on this one, you look into their soul. It'll put fear into them knowing that you know what they're thinking and feeling on the inside. Nah, usually I switch between staring at their chest and their eyes. Staring at the chest allows you to use your peripheral vision to detect their movements. It's really useful once you get good at it. Try throwing something in the air and catch it while staring directly at it, and then try it WITHOUT staring directly at it but instead at the wall or somewhere else not far from it.
Be aware of everything, except for his D or hers Vajajay.
The hips, the legs, the head, the hands, the shoulders.
Where do you place your eyes and have most focus on?
Heads and hands, where his guard is.
You can look at the center of the body, so that way you'll see anything coming at you. Or you can look just off to the side of the person.
hips and shoulders. You'd know when they move. Relax your eyes and you'll see all.
Hands or head
Stay relaxed and you'll know.
Ok so like I'm confused where are u suppose to look at when u fight someone? And like do u look at there chest or head cuz I here that if u look at the chest u see everything but when I do that I can't really see there head much just there chin and a little bit of there punches and when I look at there head then I can see everything
