If your competing or even practicing, just keep going and get it after. But make sure beforehand it is tight and secure because if it falls off you can get a lot of points taken off or a deduction
I would make sure that your shoelaces are double knotted, even triple knotted. This may sound weird, but you could try to buy one of those things that supposed to give your foot more cushion. Make sure its made out of like rubber. It may give your sock more friction against your shoe. Hope this helps. Oh, and since your a cheerleader, could you please answer my question about cheerleading?
Why not try to make it part of the routine? Kick off both your shoes at the beginning of your performance like u mean it :D then dance barefoot. It may get people more enthusiastic and it will make your routine unique.
