Can do a heel stretch sitting down like I can bring my leftovers my head but I can't do it standing up. I know stretch but what are some stretches? And how long if I keep these stretches up till I can do it?! Please help thanks
If you hold a stretch long enough you can make improvement that day. If you do a straddle against a wall and slide a little closer every once in a while, that should help. Just when you don't feel like it's stretching as much.
Sit in your left and right spilt for a minute grabbing your front foot then do the same with your back foot. Them turn off to the side and grab your front foot. (right split; left hand holds front foot, left split; right hand holds front foot) then do a balance check for a minute or two until you feel comfortable with it. if you do this once or twice a day you should get them in no time.
