Maybe take a rest or don't do such serious stretching you could use a back support if all else fails go to the doctor but it might not be serious hot baths also work good. When I get back pain I feel it helps to rest myself atleast 1 day a week maybe 2.
I am a gymnast too, and if I were you I would try stretching it first, and if that doesn't work I would tell the coach and my parents and maybe go to a doctor
Take a hot bath, and apply ice. See a doctor, too, since it could be a really big problem.
