I don’t do eskrima, but someone who do will let you know that they practice the blade techniques as empty handed techniques as well. My opinion on it is that transferring weapon technique into empty handed ones(vice and versa) are not the best way to come up with empty handed techniques, but they are far from being useless. So even empty handed eskrima guys will have techniques to fall back on and won’t be troubled.
As martial artist you have to pay for the lessons I did to bad so sadd. 5k a month and a waste of time cause they steal stuff from you all the time.

What if your caught in a situation where you are weaponless and facing another person who fortunately also happens to be weaponless. HOWEVER, he is a trained fighter who is very pro in unarmed combat such as boxing, muay thai and ground fighting such as wrestling or bjj.
Also, that your opponet is also using eye grouging and strikes to the scrotum OR in another situation like this one but your not using eye grougs or strikes to the scrotum but can strike any where else including the under the armpit and neck.
and you can't run or someone you care about is going to get hurt.
