If your feet are hitting the bar, you are not finishing the jump.
After your center of gravity has passed over the bar, bring your chin down to your chest, this will cause you to fold in the middle bringing the legs and shoulders up, so you fold in the middle.
This causes you to land on your back rather than your head and keeps your feet from hitting the bar.
after your practice session you have got to do the opposite exercises relative to your jumping technique and some times during practice so standing hurdle jump and note that the the hurdle height is set in your comfort and do a lot of running to gain on your body coordination this usually happens because of less body coordination and for a high jumper needs body coordination.so now u work on these and all the very best...
Hi don't upset. My suggestion is you'll practice run.I hope that it'll be helpful for you.
