s my skateboard supposed to be shaking?

Hey, so i've bought a skateboard today, i'm new to skateboarding, i've got a toy machine board, it's pretty good, but when i skate on a road, where cars drive, my board shakes, it feels kinda wierd for my feet, is it just something i need to get used to? or can i somehow stop this?

Its not supposed to shake but friction on the tires on the pavement may cause u too feel a little shaking. If you have hard tires then you will feel it more. Soft tires will absorb more friction and you will have less feeling. I recommend making sure everything is tightend and test it out on a smooth surface. Such as a smooth drive way!

Skateboards don't generally ride too well on streets, first of all, unless it is a longboard with really big and softer durameter wheels. Secondly, have you checked that the trucks are tight and not jiggly, and that the wheels are on good? If so, then it is the road.

Your board might not be a smooth ride in general. Also it might be the road. Is the road bumpy? If it is then that most likely the problem. Good luck!!!!
