gymnastics is hard becuase you train 20-25 hours a week from 4:00 to 8:00 everyday exept saterday where you train from 7:00 to 3:00. you condition harder than any sport. situps. pull ups. v-ups. pull up- pull overs. front hip circles to handstands cast. pushups. crunches. tuck jumps to back tucks handstand hold for 3 minutes. steching that hurts so bad that you want to cry. and not to mention front layouts to front tuck. double back tuck. have you ever tried a back tuck one a 3.5 inch peice of wood. well i have and its HARD... miss the beam you split scrape or hit the beam. thats just the start of it.
Because its basically doing things your body was not made I do kind of its comfusing it's way harder then football and any other sport I'n my mind people think oh it's easy blah blah blah we wear pads and hit people put football player in a gymnasium and tell them to show us what they got and they wouldn't even know where to start put a bunch if gymnast out on the field and we can prob actually play it may be not good but we have an Idea
