Ryan Hall is my favorite athlete. He is running the marathon in these olympics. He has the American record in both the marathon and half-marathon. He is my running inspiration. He shares my faith, is a hard worker, and came from a small town. I also like Dathan Ritzenhein who is running the 5000 and 10,000m. He raced against Hall in highschool and college. Also, Timothy Wang, the only U.S. male ping pong player.

I really admire people who don't quit no matter what. That's why my favorite Olympians are Kerri Strug (USA) , Derek Redmond (Great Britain), and John Stephen Akhwari (Tanzania). Their iron will reminds us of what we can be.
