Tae kwon do or cheerleading probably. Lifting your legs a lot tones your *** pretty well.
Likely none. The old adage is... We get fit to play sports, we don't play sports to get fit.
That being said, I'd vote for ice skating. If you look at top skaters, they do tend to have very nice "rears".
But you could do this more efficiently with a proper exercise routine.
I think things like rollerblading, ice skating, snow and water skiing.
It might be their outfits, but I think volleyball players (the women who play in the sand), have the nicest butts.
