fencing! lots of people start later in life, its expected that NO ONE will be good to start, and, while the level of activity depends on your style/skill it is very physically demanding and will help you lose a lot of weight and get in fabulous shape
Maybe you can play football, Is very fun and challenging, you can also lose a lot of weight from it as well.. (Soccer)
