i was at a sleepover with my friends once and i got in a fight with one of them and then an other one grabbed my wrists and wouldn't let me move.Then i tried to bite her to get her to let go and she told the one i was fighting with to hold my head so i couldn't bite her or talk. I couldn't move or even talk. What if that happens and i could actually get hurt? Im worried because it made me realize that i don't really know how to protect myself. What could i do to help protect myself? I do work out a lot I'm 110 Ibs and 5.5 ft but I'm really not that strong. Am i over reacting? pros nothing will really happen right?
