The way I see it is you either wear a tampon or an extra supportive (preferably extra long) towel. I'm sure if you explained to your situation to your instructor they'd let you go to the toilet when you felt the need. The only other option I can think of is to skip karate this time if your that worried. Btw there's like a 2% chance of it leaking and that's only if you'd dont wear a tampon or towel so don't worry yourself so much :-) good luck

My period isn't really heavy but it isn't light it's average. I'm always paranoid that it will leak since our karate uniforms are white. Also I go to a kids class and I'm the highest rank there so I just cant go to the washroom when I want to. No I don't wear tampons yet im thinking of trying them soon. PLEASE HELP!!
