And as I far as I'm concerned rhythmic gymnastics is as much of a sport as soccer, gymnastics, track and field, etc
Excuse me but some peeps like rhythmic gymnastics its a mix between dance and gymnastics and its very creative and if u dont like it dont watch it!!
Rythmic Gymnastics is an amazing sport you must be blind! They are so precise, skilled and very athletic and on top of that they are very entertaining.

I think judgement is subjective when it comes to this "sport" but I wondered to myself why they dont include ballet? If ther is rhytmic gymnastics then why not ballet?
I watched enough of it to decide it's like synchronised swimming.

The announcers are talking about how great they are, and all, but they are not synchronized, just all doing their own thing. Just too random. everyone doing theit own thing. Ribbons and hoops all over the place. The individual rhythmic gymnastics just barely qualifies as a sport, and the team event just does nothing for me. I've seen better on americas Got Talent.
They must be desperate to find events. Maybe they want events they can sell tickets to, that are entertaining, but this is weird.
