does that shocking thing actually work, how does it feel?
To be able to jump higher you need to jump and jump a lot. Practice straight standing jump, standing tuck jumps and calf raises. Check this video for a Plymoterics routine, follow this and your jump will improve dramatically!

I would not recommend shocking your legs. What I do recommend however is the Jump Manual. Especially if you can already jump kinda high you'll be able to dunk in probably 2 weeks or less. If you want to check out a review on the Jump Manual you should go check out the review on this site http://www.idunkbasketball.com/ and if you want some more help with basketball in general I would recommend this site http://www.bestbasketball.net/ ... hope this helped and good luck!
I shocked my legs and still worked out and I gained 12 inches on my vertical leap and 15 on my running jump
Lift weights and do plyometrics to improve your jumping.
