Well, today's tomorrow now, I guess. You're probably in the cafeteria right now bumping into people's trays and staring down at a few well-placed punches gracing your chin right about now. So I'm sure I can offer nothing of help to you, although, perhaps during your suspension, you will find the time to read some of the answers to your question and realize that you answered your own question, without the help of anyone else.
The thing is, there is nothing you can do in a few hours time if you haven't been taught and haven't had the time to practice - which takes weeks and months just to get a technique down, not to mention trying to learn several techniques to handle the different kinds of scenarios.
You want to learn how to fight, but you will not find out how to do that in a martial arts forum.
You don't want to fight dirty, which suggests you don't really feel any sort of danger, because that's what you'd need to resort to if you really did feel danger. And I mean that with all my heart. You don't have the "d", and so you are only left with "anger". And nothing in martial arts will help with this over night.

if you cannot fight and you are asking for our help the night before a fight because you dont know what to do, plus he is 2 inches taller and 35lbs heavier. and fit. then i would say your chances of success are somewhere between buckleys and none.
What is going to happen is you are both going to turn up and then your egos are going to get in the way and then everyone will be around cheering and egging it on further until the point where you cant back down because you need to save face. Then you are going to realize you made a mistake. Then the fight will start and within a moment or two you will both end up on the ground wrestling and trying to punch.
He is bigger and going to pin you down and hit you 3 or 4 times to the face and a couple to the body then if you are lucky he will get up and leave you alone. You will be humiliated even more than before. now everyone will be laughing at you and this kid will continue to pick on you and now have cause to belief you are weaker than him.
Then the teachers will find out and you will both end up suspended from school, which could be a good thing so you can go and hide away from all the laughing...

Take it from a guy who brawls a lot. Not making cheap shots are excuses.. you tell me, would you rather yank his ear off or get knockedout and picked on. Keep your hands up, watch his belly button if he tries to wrestle you. The waist is the first thing that moves. Would you rather bite his ear and knee him in the nads or get choked out. I've only lost 2 fights out of 15-20. One was a one punch knockout and the other a kid chokes me out and had 80 lbs on me. As far as hitting him. Go for submissions, break his limbs. Go for bunches to the jaw, nose, and temples. I usually try to get a good punch to the nose first thing to get his eyes watering and something to think about. Keep you chin tucked and hands up and don't be afraid to fight dirty. This isn't a fighting league. Itz everyone for themselves.
He's probably going to be arrogant and sure of himself. Take advantage of this and use your hatred of him as your motivation. Keep dodging his punches and only attack when you see that he's getting tired(kind of like Muhammad Ali did in his fight against George Foreman). This guy is built of muscle so don't hit the body because it won't hurt as much. My advice is to keep swinging at his face because it's going to hurt more.

What I'd do would be to make him angry by making jokes around him to make it seem as if the whole fight is a joke and when he loses his temper he basically lost the fight because he wouldn't concentrate on how he's going to put you down, he's just going to try to knock you down.. Use his anger as your weapon and stay calm, keep you head up, look him in the eye and give him hell!
