Hey, I like every sport already posted(besides cricket). How about NASCAR. It's just a bunch of guys going as fast as they can in a circle. There's no real skill there, unlike with Formula 1 racing which has many different corners and tricked out cars.

All sports are boring if you don't understand them. As a long time sports fan-for almost 40 years-I don't find very many sports boring. However, since the question was most boring sport, here is my reply:
