Second, video games can be highly addictive, as can the use of the Internet, TV, etc.
It sounds to me that you need to find a balance in your life. Train hard, but train sanely. If that means going to class one or two times a week and practicing a few days a week that's what you do. If it means practicing 5 days a week great. But if you go to 7 and don't take time off even the strongest of us will eventually burn out.
so with that said, don't be afraid to take breaks from time to time, and don't be afraid to go back. You'll be weaker, and have forgotten things, but it comes back quickly and you'll move forward if you train wisely and have a good teacher.
Put down the controller and turn off the xbox. Get back into the swing of things. I am serious that is your problem playing way to many video games. If you can't help limit your self to less than 1 hour of video games a day. But you still need to train daily or you die.
Sounds like you burned yourself out training every day. Try going back two or three times per week
Just get back in there but train less than you did before, that will keep you hungry for the next session.
It's because you are playing the dumbest, most addicting game ever
Had I asked you this question what would you have told me?
I used to train everyday like the shaolin monks (because i wanted to be like them) but ever since i play this game called League of Legends my interest in training everyday gone. I mean i wanted to train but i am kinda weak now and lost my self confidence. Please Help!
