Squating helps along with running, but I personally have found that just riding a bike around town a couple times a week works AMAZING. Idk maybe it just works for me but you should definitely try it.

Running jogging nd push ups as many as u can a day
Do a couple weeks of Insanity. It will work your legs like crazy! You can find videos of it on YouTube.
Work on building & toning your leg muscles
