You could put ankle weights on and do jumps on a trampoline to help. Also just getting your legs stronger, trying to do exercises to help create fast twitch muscles like stride hops and frog hops. And being a gymnasts I'm sure you've heard this before, but repetition. The more you practice the better they'll get. It probably won't seem like it at first, but as long as you keep at it your jump will improve. Gymnastics is a great, but terribly frustrating sport. But as long as you put in the work and time you'll get better. Best of luck.

Ok the reason why you can't jump high is because you are so flexible when you streatch it breaks down and streatches the muscles so I would recommended doing 20 squats followed by staying in a squat for 20 seconds then do 20 squats but jump in-between each the lunge on each leg 20 times like do a left lunge then right then left then turn to a side and lunge the turn to the other buy jumping and lunge and do 20 of those but trust me when I say this it is KILLER!!! and always!!! ALWAYS STREATCH bc you will become less flexible as muscle builds up hope this helps <3
(just to make sure you don't miss my response) nothing is impossible ;) Yes you have leg muscles which can support twice of your weight. For gains to happen, you must apply enough pressure on muscles and joints involved while executing the movement.
Warm Up, Dynamic Flexibility, Body Conditioning, Explosive Vertical Movement (different angles too), Recovery

Actually, your flexibility is an edge to jumping higher. But if you want to gain height for your jump, you got to learn the basics. You got to get powerful if you want to jump higher.
The formula is power= strength x speed
Power is going to be the amount of force you put into the ground at toe-off, which is responsible for the speed at which you take off the ground and the crucial height of your jump. The key is the more power you put into with respect to your body weight, the higher you're going to jump.
