While you can be proud of having earned a black belt, you have not learned all there is - not even close. If you know what is good for you, then let her rub it in. She earned it and you need someone to keep you humble.
Remember this: an arrogant man has stopped learning and growing, a humble man is constantly learning and improving.
Humility is a good thing to have even in Martial arts. I suggest you learn to respect each and every person you face after all you are only a black belt. Don't think a blackbelt gets you the right to walk around with the assumption of victory. Victory still has to be earned no matter who you are.
I suggest you praise her for her efforts and you learn to accept that maybe your entire attitude was the reason you were knocked out in the first place, not your belt rank.
Learn from this lesson, we are always a student of life, learn from your mistakes.
That can happen to anyone, especially if you weren't expecting your girl friend to be a little tigress. The imagery is funny though. Let her have her little joke and maybe after you're both old and gray the two of you will laugh about it.
Even though I don't believe this story. This is what you do. You do whatever she says or she will knock you out again. If you ever get into a situation that you think you might need to fight you make sure you have her along with you so she can beat the guys up for you.
Uh sweep away the shattered fragments of your ego and start training harder. No shame in losing to a girl, not sure what the big deal is.

Work on your hand speed and try not to telegraph your punches so much.
**** the **** out of her and when she's out cold just walk out the room and whisper "knockout".
By not telling people.
beat the living **** out of her, put her in a coma then say whos boss now slut!!!!
Demand a rematch, and pray it doesn't happen again
I'm a black belt in taekwondo and i had to spar against my girlfriend who is a blue belt. I thought it shouldn't be too hard because she is much smaller than me. I was going to use my reach to throw a punch, but she surprised me with a kick to the jaw and knocked me out cold, apparently I was out for a while. She felt really bad afterwards and I was just trying to be a good sport. But I just feel a little embarrassed because im much more advanced than her and i'm a guy so I'm stronger but she knocked me out with one kick. And she even rubs it in too, when we cuddle she sometimes puts her the sole of her foot in my face and says "knockout!" How do i deal with this?
Happens to the best of us. Suck it up and move on.
It's the best you can do.
