Someone who has never cheered will not be a flyer. The girls that have experience will. Based on your other question, you aren't ideal for flying. Besides flexibility a flyer needs control in the air. If you work fast you will see slow results.

It usually depends on your size and the stretches you can pull in the air. You want to be able to do a heelstretch, scorpion, arabesque,and liberty. If you dont know what these are you can probably look them up on YouTube.
If you want to be the flyer you need to be able to do the splits at least. Keep skinny as possible because flyers need to be light. Don't be afraid to flip either
Sit with your legs behind your head for as long as you can, and you'll be bending over backwards in no time.
