Can anyone train me? martial arts wise?

Your mussels play a role in keeping your joints in place, so work on your strength. Strength is also very important in martial arts. In spite of what people say, strength is actually more important than technique. What technique does is allow you to use your strength effectively, but that's useless with no strength. Stamina too, technique is useless if you exhaust yourself.

So what you should do is wear adjustable ankle and wrist weights all the time. Start off with a weight so light you don't notice the difference. Add small amounts of weight systematically until the weights are significantly heavy, and when you've reached the maximum weight use duck tape to add extra weight to it and replace the weight with lead. Then start wearing two on each limb.

Have you ever looked at Taiji? I think working on strengthening your body and proper body alignment through body awareness would be a really good start for you rather than jumping right into hitting things and/or twisting joints.

You are not a lost cause, you can do anything u want, i once saw a man without any legs win 1st place at a tae kwon do tournament

We would love to train you!

Hi I'm the least coordinated human on the planet.

Worst balance ever.

Double jointed aka Hypermobile body. Problems included.

I can't punch, flexible hands but weak.

I dislocate my shoulders just by doing arm rotations.

I dislocated my ankles when I run.

I just recently began to dislocate my knees from over stretching.

TERRIBLE AT GYMNASTICS

Yes I'm tall but that doesn't mean that I'm a professional basketball player.

I suck at ever single sport. YET I took a quiz (several professional ones) and they all pointed to Ninjitsu.

The song that best describes me is Top of the world by geek fire. Featured in the new movie BIG HERO 6.

Who would like to try and train me. Martial art wise.
