With that said, Jones is a terrible matchup for Silva. He's got excellent takedowns and great ground-and-pound; on the bottom, Silva only ever tries to lock up a triangle, and I think he'd have trouble doing that on Jones' broad frame. On the feet, while Silva is a better technical striker, Jones has the reach advantage, and knows how to keep the fight at a distance. It's hard to counterstrike someone you can't touch. While hardly a wash, odds are in Jones' favor.

Both are very skilled that's for sure. Both have advantages and "disadvantages", they are in a different weight class, but that would be intense to watch.
