I mean your fame and glory only last during the fall. Most of them at my school think they are all that or something when the team isn't even good. I'm a basketball player and my ego would never be up to par with them. I have nothing against the sport but to be honest most of the "skill" and "work" are done by quarterbacks, receivers, and running backs. When you said most of the skill and work is done by quarterback, receivers and running backs you are not right, at all. Lets take for example the O line, one of the toughest positions honestly and the key to having a good play, if the o line ***** up the quarterback is dead and there goes the play. Now lets pick d line, without d line there would be no need for a o line because well quarterback would have 50mins to pass the ball. Take it like this. O line: police D line: criminal The police has to stop the criminal but if he passes (runs away) he will go and kill more citizens (quarterback). Football is a hard and fun sport and i guess it is getting bigger and bigger as we speak which is why football players think they are 'cool'. We dont think we are cool, we are just trying to have fun. Couple years back this was the same thing but with basket, or hockey, mostly soccer actually. Now soccer has lost its 'fame' and now its football taking over.
