I'm really flexible and i can do some skills. But is it a bit late for me to start lessons?
No I started gymnastics at 14 but if you want to compete and do the sport for a longer time trampolining might be a god idea I started competition in that after six months age 14 and I know 39-40 year olds at my club who still compete but in gymnastics it's hard to compete after 18 in the Olympics a 39 year old competed in the trampolining although I did see somewhere that gymnasts don't peak until they are 26 so that gives you a few years still be you say you are flexible I don't knew if you have heard of rhythmic gymnastics its more flexibility and dance based i competed in that after a year of training so that's another option as well
No, I started doing gymnastics a couple months ago and I'm 13. Also if you do a class where your with older girls it will be alot better because you'll have a coach that knows how to spot and teach older girls and be with people your age. The only thing that will be harder then if you were younger would be flexibility and tumbling, but its still possible to learn if you try. Gymnastics is really fun too!
No its not too late, the one thing is that it becomes the centre of your life so It's hard to have a big social life which is something to think about but other than that its not too late at all.
No it is not to late if u just want to do if for fun u might be able to make a lower lever team though :)
