If rank it a 4.5. (Please don't be offended; I'm a tough judge.). But I think you can easily improve. I honestly see potential here.
First off, don't jump before you jump. Notice how bouncy you are in the beginning? That takes away from the jump. Stay on the ground until you make that big push off through your toes for the jump. Use your arms to help propel you in air. Keep your motions tight to do this.
The main thing you need to work on is rotating out. Rotating out is what makes a toe touch look like a toe touch and not a spread eagle. Right now you're in spread eagle territory. Rotating out means using your hip flexors. Imagine facing your shoelaces to the back wall when you jump. Also, point those toes.
Stretching (especially in left, right and middle splits), V-ups and straddle lifts are all excellent exercises for toe touches.
You kept your chest up and snapped down so your feet landed together. Good job! Clean up the other stuff and you'll be all set.
Yeah, that's a star jump, not a toe touch. I know your intention is to do a toe touch, but girl, you need to stretch! Do a straddle on the floor and stretch it for like, 20 minutes a day. Relatively good technique, but you need to tighten up a lot more. Right now you're very bouncy and a little floppy looking. Good luck!
That's a star jump. A toe-touch is the cheerleader name for a straddle jump aka a straddled pike jump. You need to bring your legs up the front, not the side. Try doing some pike jumps. They are harder, but it will force better technique and then when you go back to straddle jumps they will be easier. If pike jumps are too hard to start off with try doing some scissor jumps. It will help you get used to jumping up and then contracting your hip flexors to bring your legs and trunk closer together.
Also try sitting on the floor in a straddle and leaning forwards to reach for your toes. Make sure your keep your knees facing upwards. That is the shape you are going for in the air.
Yeah its about a 5. Haha trust me im not trying to be mean- beacuse mine is probably a 6, but heres some advice.Roll your hips more in front instead of just out, Try not to be so bouncy before you jump, point toes
