So what are some good things to do to burn a 1000 calories a day. I dont plan on doing a 1000 calorie workout in one session. i would do something more doable like 4 workouts a day with each workout at 250 calories.
I looking more for fat loss and really dont care about muscle gain.
I am not a good runner, so how about walking and intervals of running?
Pushups?jumping jacks?running in place? etc?
Or do you know of any good sites that can help me determine a workout plan for this goal?

you say you are not a good runner but that takes times anyway. you're not automatically going to be able to run for a while but you have to build up to that point. just take start out by jogging slow and then you will be able to run for longer distances. that is a great way to burn 1000 calories a day. try to get at least a couple hours in every other day or every day if you are up to it.
Running or walking one mile burns 100 calories so 10 miles a day is 1,000 calories.
