we think our Aussie tv service sucks but at least they showed it live even if it was at 4am our time..
but wow your NBC really takes the cake.....
Because it was pathetically relayed to us by NBC , not only delayed but all the commentary was embarrassingly poor . Did you also notice that NBC edited Eric Idle's word ?(former Monty Python) he obviously swore but for Gods sake it was supposed to be a live event . Friends in the UK tell me the BBC coverage was excellent with every event covered live, without the inane NBC commentary .
Editing and so they could be shown at prime viewing time.
*NBC doesn't give a damn. They have the bragging rights, but that's all they can brag on. Their coverage sucked so badly!
