That is all.
Peace out. Mahim
I don't think the occasional dessert or soda would hurt. To be honest, though, if your mind is more on them than on the training, commitment, dedication, sacrifice and grinding hard work it takes to be an Olympic athlete, then you're probably not cut out for it.
Fix your mindset first. Do that, and the rest will follow. Good luck!
Not exactly. I mean they say that and it's kinda true but not for swimmers. The thing about us swimmers is we can eat 5,000 and not feel guilty about it. You'll live without soda the more you swim the less you crave
You're a girl so you can't have breasts if you wish to be a swimmer, chica.
It depends what you understand him
So I was talking to me dad and he said that they go like 4 years without eating dessert or having a soda and practice like 5-7 hours a day. I want to be an olympic swimmer, probably not in Rio because I would only be 17 but the ones after that. But I don't wanna have to go without soda and dessert for 4 years. What if I have a soda like once a week and a dessert once a week? The doctor said I need to gain about 15-20 pounds. My body is mainly muscle like without trying my stomach is almost as hard as a rock and my dad said I'm really built for swimming because I'm really tall (I'm 5'6 1/2 and just turned 13) and I have muscular arms, legs, and stomach.
