Idk if you can call curling athletic.... so fencing....
Fencing.. Curling always seems such a strange sport to me... I can never make out quite what they are doing, fencing however makes more sense and I find more enjoyable to watch. The quick reactions and dexterity of the fencers is admirable.
Fencing athletes are amazing
I'd say they are equal. Though I find fencing far less challenging than curling.

Which has better athletes? Fencing has some great front step poking, while curling has some of the best knee down "sliders" I've ever seen.
