Swimming is one of the best sports to get fit , you exercise almost every muscle in your body and you burn quite a lot of calories all together
It's also great fun :D
If you wanna mix it up a little, maybe give triatlon a chance ^^

MMA and/or UFC. You get pretty strong and look hot fo the ladies!!
